Quick lesson for you all:

DSL's have no guarantee of uptime.

Frame relay lines and T-Carrier lines do have guarantees of uptime.

Do not expect companies supporting DSL's to jump as if you were calling them about a T-Carrier outage.

I know this. People here at work seem to believe differently. I pity them.
