Contender #1:

Pros:

More $$$
I'll be working in an established team.
I'll be working with people I know.
I'll be working on systems that are new and need overhauling.
Network is Cisco from top to bottom.
Position is guaranteed.

Cons:

The fucking commute from hell.
I'll be working with people that I know can be unpredictable.
Instability in the market.
Retail rollercoaster.

Contender#2:

Pros:

Exciting environment.
Established company with an almost guaranteed success on the horizon.
Possibility of bonii.
Friend works there already.
Short commute.

Cons:

New boss.
New Team.
Unknown systems and political climate.
Unknown expectations.
