Phil's entry reminded me of something

Reasons I will never become a doctor:

1) I can't break anything gently. From referring to euthanizing an infant as "had to put it down" to referring to the death of an elderly person as "the old gallon of milk just expired". I just suck at explaining anything with any compassion. Maybe it comes from working in IT, where logic is king and feelings are thrown to the wind.

2) I'm squeamish. Nothing much to that other than the fact that I am.

3) I would kill my patients. Not on purpose, of course, but there would be many a heart attack because of pratical jokes consisting of bathroom humor and other tomfoolery.
